Shipping, Cancellations & Returns

Processing and Shipping

Landmade Co. goods are made and prepared in small batches. In-stock items generally ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces, including our earrings, require approximately 2–3 weeks to be made and prepared for shipment, though we always aim to have them ready sooner. These processing times do not include the time your package spends in transit.

We currently ship within the United States for a flat rate of $8.50 per order. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, they will generally ship together when the entire order is ready.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once work on your order has begun.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order or intended for personal use, all sales are final. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings or soap.

Natural leather varies in color, grain, texture, and markings, and handmade soap may vary slightly in color, shape, and appearance. These variations are part of the character of small-batch, naturally made goods and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, nearby neighbors, and your local postal carrier first. If the package still cannot be found, contact us and we will help you determine the next steps.
