These Terms of Service govern your use of landmadeco.com and purchases made from Landmade Co. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About This Website

Landmade Co. offers small-batch and made-to-order goods through this website. We may update our products, prices, descriptions, availability, and website content at any time.

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.

Products and Natural Variation

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear.

Natural and handmade goods are not completely uniform. Leather may vary in color, grain, texture, thickness, and markings. Handmade soap may vary slightly in color, shape, weight, and appearance. These variations are part of the character of small-batch, naturally made goods and are not considered defects.

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, materials, ingredients, care information, and processing times before ordering.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling it. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an order or address can be changed after work or fulfillment has begun.

Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed when the order is submitted, except when a clear pricing or technical error has occurred.

Payment is due at checkout and is processed through Squarespace Payments and its payment-processing partners. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Processing and Shipping

In-stock items generally ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces, including our earrings, require approximately 2–3 weeks to be made and prepared for shipment, though we always aim to have them ready sooner.

We currently ship within the United States. Processing times are estimates and do not include carrier transit times. Delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Eligibility for cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds is governed by our Shipping, Cancellations & Returns Policy.

Because our current products are made to order or intended for personal use, earrings and soap are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons. This does not limit our responsibility to address an order that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for reviewing product materials and ingredients before use, particularly if they have known allergies or sensitivities. Use products only as intended and follow any care or use instructions provided. Discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.

Product Availability and Waitlists

Products may be produced in limited quantities and may sell out. Joining a product waitlist does not reserve an item or guarantee its future availability. Customers who join a waitlist may be notified when an item becomes available, but quantities may remain limited.

The text, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, and other original content on this website belong to Landmade Co. or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
